Contributing analysts write under their own names and take their own positions; the publication takes no institutional position on policy outcomes, and nothing published here should be read as the view of any government, funder or affiliated body.
Our research is organised around the questions governments and institutions are actually deciding, rather than around disciplines. We work to explain how policy is made, whose interests it serves, and what it is likely to produce, so that readers can reach their own judgements.
All analysis is free to read. The publication accepts no funding that carries editorial conditions, and corrections are made openly and promptly when we get something wrong.
